Annual HOA Assessments (Dues)

HOA assessments are due each year by June 1, unless the Board notifies homeowners of a different due date.

If Your Assessment Is Not Paid

  • Payments not received within 30 days of the due date are considered delinquent.
  • Delinquent balances will accrue 10% annual interest beginning on the date the payment becomes overdue.
  • A delinquent assessment notice will be sent to homeowners with unpaid balances.

Collection Process

If assessments remain unpaid, the Association may take additional collection actions, including placing a lien on the property or pursuing legal action to recover the amount owed.

Homeowners who are two or more years behind on assessments may be referred to the Association's attorney for collection. Any applicable interest, collection costs, attorney fees, and other legal expenses allowed by the governing documents or applicable law may be added to the homeowner's balance.

For complete details, please refer to the Association's governing documents and bylaws.
